New Patient Registration
Edenpark Medical welcomes both private and medical card patients who are new to the area and without a Dublin GP service.
Patients on their first visit will be required to complete a patient registration form and sign a letter to their former doctor requesting their past medical records.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
We offer a full range of medical services to GMS patients with a Medical Card or doctor Visit Card, and to private patients.
